Flex Your Creative Muscle!
Newbies and art experts alike will find common ground with a no-frills approach to discussing contemporary art. Certified Art Fitness trainers will lead a group discussion and short tour that teaches the elements of art criticism in a fun and accessible way.
Pioneered at The Museum of Contemporary Art – Denver, the Art Fitness program will change the way you view art.
Art Fitness events will take place at the following venues:
- Grand Rapids Art Museum (GRAM) - 101 Monroe Center
- Women's City Club - 254 East Fulton St.
- Urban Institute for Contemporary Art (UICA) - 2 West Fulton St.

Every participant will experience the same fantastic program with a slightly different spin.
Tickets are $20 per session or $50 to attend a series of three (you can mix and match venues!).
The first 100 people to purchase tickets will receive vouchers for premiere seating at a free speaker series event OR Critical Discourse.
